We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to strict hygiene and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, beauty, wellness, or supplement items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to fourteen business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate. Exchanges are only offered for faulty products.
